Dean
manages projects for the Utilities Group including,
sewer lines, water lines, pump stations and irrigation
facilities. He also has extensive experience in
drainage and flood control projects and design
of retaining wall, foundation and box culvert
structures. Dean has served Muller for 20 of his
23 years experience. He has a BSCE from University
of Colorado at Denver and a Master's Degree in
Civil Engineering, Hydraulics, from Colorado State
University. Professional Affiliations include
ASCE, APWA and Colorado Association of Stormwater & Floodplain Managers.
For
recreation, Dean enjoys coaching his triplet sons
in their sports activities.
