|
In
1988, Jefferson County passed a one-half cent
sales tax to upgrade arterial streets in the southeast
portion of the County, including landscaping to
enhance the travel experience and areas adjacent
to the roadway.
South
Kipling Parkway was the inaugural project in the
tax district. Four miles were completed in two
phases in the expansive, dipping bedrock zones
of the County.
