Leading
drainage and flood control projects with a special
eye to water quality is how Jim spends his time
at Muller. He also has developed drainage and
erosion control criteria manuals for several public
sector clients. He has 29 years of consulting
experience, 14 at Muller.
Jim possesses a BSCE
from Valparaiso University and a Master's Degree
in Hydraulic Engineering from Colorado State University.
Professionally, he is past president of Colorado
Lake and Reservoir Management Association and
a member of Urban Water Resources Research Council,
American Association of Stormwater and Floodplain
Managers, North American Lake Management Society
and ASCE. Other interests include mountain biking,
water skiing and home improvement projects.
