These 40 acres along the Little Dry Creek transformed the neglected river corridor into a multi-functional park, which provides overlapping regional detention and site improvements supporting the adjacent RTD Westminster Station. Major drainage improvements include flood detention, a storm sewer beneath Federal Boulevard, and restoring a portion of Little Dry Creek. Final improvements included a single span bridge that provides access to Westminster Station, utility relocations, and roadway, trails, and parking lots.Westminster, ColoradoWestminster Station Park
