Muller Engineering Company, a 5-years’ consecutive Top Workplaces designee, is seeking qualified candidates to enhance our team of Marketing Coordinators and work with our Marketing Team. This position is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and highly skilled professional who wishes to play an important role in the success of Muller’s numerous civil engineering projects throughout the Rocky Mountain Region.
- Coordinating and participating in proposal storyboard, kick-off, progress and final review meetings
- Ensuring RFP compliance and effectively communicating all requirements to pursuit team
- Coordinating with team members (subconsultants and internal) to obtain needed information
- Preparing company profiles, project descriptions, and employee resumes
- Coordinating with graphics staff for development of proposal and interview graphics
- Ensuring completion of all proposal tasks and of a high-quality product for response to RFP
- Proofreading proposal documents for grammar, readability, and completeness
Additional responsibilities include:
- Organizing materials for formal presentations, as needed
- Assisting with the development and maintenance of marketing materials
- Assisting with social media content as needed
- Maintaining quality company data by following established CRM data maintenance processes
- Assisting with maintenance of company store
- Coordinating company swag and marketing items for employees and client giveaways
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English or similar course of study from an accredited college or university
- 3-6 years of experience creating winning proposals
- RFP response experience highly preferred
- Experience with Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office suite
- Cosential CRM experience a plus

The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $70,000 dependent on experience
