Gray has been serving as Muller’s president since 2014 and was one of the nine employees who helped establish the employee shareholder structure in 1996. He plays an important role in maintaining a company culture dedicated to improving communities and becoming trusted partners to our clients, without losing focus on the success of employees. Gray’s expertise lies in transportation engineering planning and design. He serves as project principal on a full range of Muller’s transportation projects, including regional arterial corridors, urban streets, interstate highways, and interchanges. He is known for his leadership skills in developing consensus at all levels, particularly between governmental agencies and the general public. Gray is the current President of the American Council of Engineering Companies of Colorado and is actively involved with the American Society of Civil Engineers, the Institute of Transportation Engineers, and the Women’s Transportation Seminar. He is a professional engineer in Colorado.
