🏆 Reclaiming Uvalda Tributary: This project transformed a deteriorating drainage corridor in Denver’s Montbello neighborhood into a resilient community asset that reduces flood risk while improving mobility, recreation, ecology, and neighborhood connectivity.
🏆 Historic Community, Modern Drainage, Lasting Flood Protection: The East 16th Avenue Storm Interceptor project transformed Denver’s historic South Park Hill neighborhood by reducing chronic flooding while modernizing aging infrastructure and creating a safer, more resilient corridor for generations to come.
We’re grateful to see the hard work, collaboration, and innovative engineering behind these projects recognized.
We are excited to share that our Uvalda Tributary Improvements project won the CASFM Engineering Excellence Project Award! 🎉 Huge congrats to our Muller team who worked on this project and to all of our amazing partners. We were proud to accept the award at this year`s CASFM Conference in Steamboat.
This project for @therealcityofdenver and @milehighflooddistrict turned a once deteriorating concrete drainage channel in the Montbello neighborhood into a resilient, multi-functional corridor. In addition to the technical scope, the project is a forward-looking investment in community stability and sustainable public infrastructure. Residents now benefit from improved flood protection, enhanced pedestrian and bicycle connectivity, safer streets, and access to attractive green space. We`re looking forward to continuing to work on improving this channel in the neighborhood!

Last Friday, our team hit the courts for our annual Muller Pickleball Palooza Tournament! A day of friendly competition was the perfect way to serve up some fun and kick off the weekend. Thanks to everyone who played, cheered, and brought their A-game! 👏
