As a senior project manager, Andy helps lead Muller’s team of highly qualified bridge engineers. In this role, he guides the team responsible for the design of a diverse range of bridge and civil-structural projects across the state of Colorado.
Andy is knowledgeable in various structural design codes, including AASHTO LRFD, AREMA MRE, and ACI 350, among others. He is passionate about bridge design and is focused on safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness. His original research in the area of bonded concrete overlays has been published in a peer-reviewed journal.
Andy is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Colorado. He is a member of the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute, the American Institute of Steel Construction, and the American Society of Civil Engineers.
