As a senior project manager and a team lead in Muller’s Transportation Planning & Design group, Carlos applies his extensive experience to guide teams through complex project delivery challenges. He serves as the design manager for Segments 5 and 6 of the I-25 North Reconstruction project for CDOT Region 4. His project portfolio includes impactful projects such as the Gold Line Commuter Rail EIS for RTD, the South I-25 Gap for CDOT Regions 1 and 2, and roadway improvements for numerous municipalities across Colorado. Carlos is committed to integrating complete streets concepts to enhance multimodal transportation and ensure projects are delivered within budget and on schedule. His leadership extends beyond project management to include strategic planning and coordination with multiple stakeholders, positioning him as a key figure in transportation infrastructure development in Colorado. Additionally, Carlos is actively involved in Muller’s Strategic Planning Committee for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), contributing to the development and implementation of inclusive practices within the organization. He is a professional engineer in Colorado.
