Chatfield Reservoir-Plum Creek Project Featured in USACE Engineering with Nature Atlas 2

Muller Engineer Company (Muller) completed preliminary and final design followed by construction support services for the Chatfield Storage Reallocation Project (CSRP) environmental mitigation in Chatfield State Park. The CSRP involved reallocating a portion of Chatfield Reservoir’s flood control storage to water supply storage, which results in up to a 12-foot increase in the normal pool level. Muller’s role was to mitigate the impacts to riparian vegetation and habitat within the fluctuation zone. The project was a partnership among the Chatfield Reservoir Mitigation Company, Inc. and the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).

USACE is featuring the Chatfield Reservoir-Plum Creek project in Volume 2 of the Engineering with Nature Atlas beginning on page 240 (click here).
