Joe helps lead Muller’s Stormwater group. In this role, he actively guides teams responsible for designing high-quality and innovative stormwater solutions, construction oversight, and exceptional service to our project partners. Joe’s professional experience encompasses stream restoration/open channel design, flood mitigation work, detention pond analysis and design, water quality design, bridge hydraulic analysis, culvert and storm sewer analysis and design, and site design. He is also experienced in providing services during construction and engineering fieldwork. He has served as project principal and project manager for numerous stormwater projects for the Mile High Flood District, Southeast Metro Stormwater Authority, Colorado Water Conservation Board, CDOT and a wide range of municipalities along Colorado’s Front Range. He is a professional engineer in Colorado and a member of the Colorado Association of Stormwater and Floodplain Managers. He is the co-author of “Restoring Marcy Gulch,” an article featured in the Land and Water Magazine (September/ October 2004). In addition to his professional responsibilities, Joe plays an active role in Muller’s internal engagement, wellness, and community outreach programs.
