As Muller’s operations director, Matt is responsible for providing the guidance, tools, and resources to enable our teams to effectively deliver our clients’ projects. Matt’s engineering expertise focuses on multi-use trails and roadway facilities of all types, from municipal complete streets to interstate highways. His additional experience includes the design of bridges, drainage facilities, and water and wastewater utilities. In his project management career at Muller, Matt has successfully delivered projects for numerous municipal and county clients, plus CDOT and FHWA. His extensive experience on federal- and CDOT-funded projects provides clients and the Muller team with complete knowledge and insight toward successfully negotiating the CDOT approval process. Matt is a professional engineer in Colorado and California. He is a member of the Women’s Transportation Seminar.
