Muller Engineering Company Announces the Promotion of Three New Associate Shareholders

Lakewood, CO (September 15, 2020) – Muller Engineering Company (Muller) is pleased to announce the promotion of three new Associate Shareholders: Stacy Persichetti, Jonathon Sera, and Michelle Morgan. These Associates will join the firm’s senior management team and are key contributors in continuing our commitment of exceeding the expectations of our clients, employees, and the community.

“Muller’s express intent is to be a legacy engineering firm, owned by select employees and passed from generation to generation and we are incredibly proud to add these three fantastic individuals to this long-term vision,” said President A. Gray Clark.

Stacy Persichetti, PHR, SHRM-CP, is Muller’s Human Resources Director and Financial Controller with 30 years’ experience in the field. She built and leads a strong group of human resources, financial, and administrative professionals. Stacy is a key driver of our culture and work environment and plays a lead role in multiple internal committees related to employee and community well-being. Stacy has a Behavioral Science degree from Metropolitan State University of Denver and is also a Professional in Human Resources and a Society of Human Resource Management Certified Professional.

Jonathon Sera, PE, is Muller’s Structures Group Manager and a Senior Bridge Engineer. Jonathon’s 21 years of expertise includes bridge design, analysis, rehabilitation, in-depth inspection, and structural engineering. A recent major accomplishment is coordinating designs as the design lead for the submittal of 14 bridges for the reconstruction and widening of 12 miles of North I-25 in Weld and Larimer Counties. He also manages Muller’s on-call contract with CDOT, one of only two Statewide On-Call Bridge Contracts awarded by CDOT. Jonathon has a Civil Engineering degree from Tri-State University in Indiana.

Michelle Morgan, PE, is a Senior Project Manager and Water Resource Engineer with 26 years of experience. Michelle is responsible for building and now managing Muller’s 10-person Transportation Hydraulics Group. At any given time, Michelle and her team manage dozens of complex design projects, including the $500 million widening and reconstruction of North I-25. A key to accomplishing and balancing this workload is Michelle’s development of standard workflows and templates. Michelle has a Civil Engineering degree from Iowa State University.
