Muller Engineering Company (Muller) celebrated the grand opening with a ribbon cutting ceremony for its new office in downtown Belmar in Lakewood. The event was held in the new office and featured remarks by Lakewood Mayor Adam Paul and Muller President A. Gray Clark.
“You are not just an engineering company. The things that you do day in, and day out truly change the lives of people,” Mayor Paul remarked. “I am truly grateful for the work you do day in and day out and thrilled to have you and keep you here in the City of Lakewood, in Belmar, in Lakewood’s downtown, so congratulations.”
This is Muller’s sixth Lakewood office location. For 32 years, Muller leased office space within a half-mile radius of the new address.
“The reason we are so successful, the reason we are the great company that we are, is because of everyone who works for our company,” shared President Clark. “They put their heart and soul into our clients and each other and to being a wonderful company and they deserve the very best office space that we could possibly give them. This is the space at 7245 West Alaska Drive – a new home. We are incredibly excited to be here. And so thank you to our staff so much for this commitment you have made.”
In the last 20 years, Muller completed more than 80 project for the City of Lakewood, including parks, roadways widenings, new roadways, drainage projects. Muller is currently working on a major drainage project, a major transportation project, and a major trail project for the City.
“One of our earliest projects over in Belmar Park was working on Kountze Lake and a drainage outfall for the City of Lakewood,” shared President Clark. “They have been a partner of ours on the business side as well as within the community here. We are very pleased to be in partnership with the City of Lakewood. Since its founding in 1980, Muller proudly calls Lakewood home.”
Muller’s new address is 7245 West Alaska Drive, Suite 300, Lakewood, CO 80226. The 36,000 square foot office features 25 shared huddle, conference, and meeting spaces, 2 kitchens, an outdoor patio, and 151 workspaces.
