Muller Engineering Company (Muller) was awarded a Top Workplaces honor by The Denver Post for the fifth consecutive year, following a survey held by the newspaper.
“We sincerely appreciate our employees who worked even harder from home this year during a pandemic to provide top-quality services every day while finding new and different ways to foster a compassionate and fun work culture,” President Gray Clark told employees in an internal announcement.
For the 10th year, The Denver Post partnered with Energage to rank the Top Workplaces in Colorado using a scientific survey of employees who rate their workplace culture. Companies are able to use the feedback to identify what makes them unique.
Muller has been honored with this elite designation in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and now in 2021 in the Top Small Company Leader category, showing a long-lasting trend in employee satisfaction. Muller was also ranked highest among engineering companies in the small-sized category.
