As head of Muller’s Transportation Planning & Design team, Nancy oversees our transportation planning services, including complete streets, road diets, conventional and protected bike lanes, and multi-purpose trails. She has a diverse technical background in both roadway design and traffic engineering. Nancy’s expertise includes design of highways, streets, interchanges, and intersection improvements; traffic operations analysis and design; and conceptual alternatives development and analysis. Nancy’s commitment to finding a collaborative project solution on the complex and challenging Linking Lookout: US 6 and 19th Street Interchange project resulted in the innovative engineering design of Colorado’s first highway “lid,” which connects a community once separated by a highway. Nancy is a professional engineer in Colorado, is a professional traffic operations engineer, and is certified by the Federal Highway Administration in the National Highway Institute Advanced Work Zone Management and Design. She is a member of the Institute of Transportation Engineers and the Women’s Transportation Seminar. Nancy is an active member of Muller’s Community Group, which focuses on employee engagement, wellness, and community outreach.
