Spader Way Pedestrian Crossing

Broomfield, Colorado

A book cover featuring a green line, highlighting its unique projects.

Under several on-call task orders, Muller supported City of Aurora with timing of traffic signals along various urban roadway corridors. The work also includes review of recent traffic signal timing work to verify the volumes used in traffic projections for some corridors. The timing work includes field reconnaissance of current conditions, travel time studies, and establishing micro-simulation models for different peak traffic periods throughout the day.

Corridors timed by Muller include:

  • South Parker Road – Chambers Rd. to Iliff Ave.
  • Buckley Road/Airport Boulevard – Smoky Hill Rd. to Colfax Ave.
  • East 6th Avenue – Dayton St. to Telluride St.
  • East Alameda Avenue – Havana St. to Airport Blvd.
  • Colfax Avenue – Chester St. to Airport Blvd.
  • Peoria Street – Parker Rd. to 30th Ave.
  • Tower Road – Quincy Ave. to Mississippi Ave.
  • Iliff Avenue – Parker Rd. to Dunkirk St.
