American Council of Engineering Companies of Colorado Transitions Presidency to A. Gray Clark, Muller Engineering Company

During the annual American Council of Engineering Companies of Colorado (ACEC Colorado) conference, Bill Green, from The RMH Group, passed the Gavel of ACEC Colorado Board of Directors President to long-time board member A. Gray Clark, President of Muller Engineering Company (Muller).

During his inaugural speech at the conference on April 27, 2022, Clark emphasized the changes he will focus on in a post-pandemic world for the betterment of the engineering industry.

“An important focus for ACEC Colorado is attracting the best to our industry and addressing a workforce looking for increased flexibility, improved work-life balance, and well-defined career paths,” explained Clark. “We will continue to focus on providing the most helpful resources, including our strong advocacy program, the Salary and Benefits Survey Report, regional membership meetings, Business Practices Workshops, as well as the annual conference.”

Muller has been involved in ACEC since the early 1980s. Founder Larry Muller served as both President of the Colorado chapter and National Director, and former Muller President Robert Carlson remains active in the Qualifications Based Selection (QBS) committee. Both Larry and Robert are past recipients of the Orley O. Phillips Award, which is awarded to someone who has made a significant contribution to the profession, ACEC Colorado, and its programs. Several Muller employees graduated from ACEC Colorado’s Leadership Development Program, another priority for Clark’s board tenure.
